West Springfield is home, so it usually gets the fastest response. For work just outside the list it is still worth calling, particularly pools, spas and generators.

Eversource towns
West Springfield, Springfield, Agawam, Longmeadow and East Longmeadow. The Mass Save HEAT Loan applies here, at zero interest, and panel or service upgrades can qualify when they clear the way for a heat pump, an EV charger or an induction range.
Mass Save appliesMunicipal light plant towns
Chicopee, Holyoke and Westfield are served by Chicopee Electric Light, Holyoke Gas and Electric, and Westfield Gas and Electric. Mass Save does not cover them. Each utility runs its own efficiency and rebate programs, worth checking before you plan around a number.
